Payments

We accept secure online payments through available payment methods such as Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and supported payment options shown at checkout.

Your order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping

We ship orders across India. Most orders are processed and dispatched within the normal working period, and delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Please make sure your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after the available delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Returns & Replacement

We take care while packing every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is required to support a claim for a damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect product. The video should show the unopened package and the complete unboxing process.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong product or quantity was ordered by the customer, the product is no longer required, or the customer simply changes their mind.

When Can You Request a Replacement or Refund?

A replacement or refund may be requested when:

• The product received is damaged or leaking.

• The package contains a missing item.

• You receive a different product from the one you ordered.

• The product received does not match the product details shown on our website.

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order and provide your order details, clear photos and an unboxing video.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
